Join us for the 2nd in our Exploring your Depths Workshop Series.

Unconditional Love is a space where most everyone one of us is in need of support.

Our ability to to tap into the space of true compassion is often clouded by old stories, programs and traumas.  When we are able to beging witnessing our true self from a place of unconditional love we create a safe environment for our self to blossom and bring a sense of safety to our nervous system.

Our workshop will:

• Explore the  theme of unconditional love so that you can start to see yourself through a new lens of experience
• Breathe with intention into your heart space so that you can open your heart to receive love and abundance of life
• Experience 2 full group breathworks to kick start the clearing so that you release some of your old thought patterns
• Dive into somatic connections so that you can see where in your body you has been blocking your ability to truly love your self.

Unconditional Love and compassion for self is necessary for us as humans to live in a space of ease and grace and more importantly to bring a state of harmony for our physical bodies.  When we tap into our own Unconditional love, we see where physical ailments have manifested and we begin to clear these presentations and we bring love and kindness into our being.
